The staff's impeccable service arranged for unforgettable experiences like a boat cruise, snorkeling charter, and fishing trip, catering to both adults and children.The hotel boasts two pools - a heated pool on the third floor of the first tower and another on the fourth floor of the second tower. The children particularly adored the heated pool in the central tower, providing a perfect setting for family leisure time.The central location allowed us to explore the vibrant attractions and activities of Ecuador while also providing a serene environment to relax. The breakfast spread was satisfying, though we wished for more local seafood options.In conclusion, our family cherished the peaceful ambiance, accommodating staff, and the array of services that made our stay truly memorable.
